Chaka Khan, Royal Festival Hall, London (GB) - 14 juin 2024

Chaka Khan is a very able performer for aged 71 . However as the headline act of her own Meltdown festival I expected a little more . The act was probably the same as she would perform at a standard night club gig .Many people seemed more preoccupied in being seen at the gig rather than listening to the music .Most of her most popular tracks were left until the last three songs and she was quite happy for the audience to sing most of them . I feel for You was done early on with any effort to replicate the rap which made the track so famous .OK
