National Jazz Archive Fundraiser : Alan Barnes Quintet, Loughton Methodist Church, London (GB) - 22 oct. 2016

Very good straight ahead modern jazz gig, put on by the National Jazz Archive which is based in Loughton. Alan Barnes alto/baritone sax, Henry Lowther trumpet, Frank Harrison piano, Simon Thorpe double bass, Matt Fishwick drums. Barnes and Lowther have been around for ages and everything was professional with amusing patter between the numbers, which were: Joy of Spring, Las Caracoles, The Harmon Blues, Bernie's Tune, Blue Star, Billie's Bounce, Mango, One for Moll, If I Should Lose You, What's New.
