I remember it being a very wet and windy night. Had to walk 4 miles to get home as I was only 16 and couldn’t afford a taxi. Not sure why but the buses weren’t running. Think the support band was called True Grit. Was my first time watching The Almighty. Seen them and Ricky Warwick many times since.
