Wokingham Music Festival : That Joe Payne, Wokingham, Wokingham (GB) - Aug 26, 2024

Overall a very enjoyable day . The stand out performer was That Joe Payne whose voice had echoes of Freddie Mercury , Mika and Shirley Bassey . Some songs just crying out to be a James Bond Theme . Hoopy Frood were an interesting band with almost a funky feel to them . San Demas were a punk/mental band with an excellent lead singer and good stage presence ., The rest listed were all fine but not stand out acts . Ozric Tentacles were the headliner and they obviously had their dedicated band of followers . Their instrumental prog was interesting at the beginning , but I lost interest after about five songs and left were
