From Senegal, Modou Touré played guitar (with some pre-recorded percussion) and sang songs with striking melodies. Apparently he sings in Wolof and Mandingo as well as French and English. From Cameroon, Muntu Valdo played guitar and harmonica to accompany his vocals – a more powerful and bluesy music. I preferred the latter but both were attractive performers. Probably much better with bands.
