One of the great tragedies of recent years was the death of PRINCE, one of the most gifted musicians certainly within the history of popular music from the age of jazz onwards.
However, in 2007, Prince decided to play 21 nights at London's 20,000-seat O2 ARENA, which completely sold out. Though his setlist varied from night to night, he typically managed to squeeze in about 35 songs per gig, often by playing only snippets of songs.
This was the third time I had seen Prince (sadly it was to be the last), and easily the best. x
