First time in something like 20 years Prince had played at First Avenue, the very club he got his start in. Had to camp out downtown overnight to get tickets. Well worth the 90 degree weather the following morning.
However, Prince did this show as an after show for concert earlier in the night. After playing for about a half hour the cops shut him down. Apparently, this was due to the time and noise.
