The musicians were: Leo Richardson tenor sax, Rick Simpson piano, Tim Thornton double bass, Chris Draper drums. Relentless, mainly uptempo, hard bop, the music I was almost brought up with and which I always enjoy. The musicians were utterly proficient and the set had some variety. Derivative of course.
