Farewell I Tour : Eagles, Twickenham Stadium, London (GB) - Jun 17, 2006

Why it says farewell tour on the ticket, I have no idea! They didn't split up! Anyhow, in the setting of the massively refurbished Twickenham stadium, The Eagles played the expected medley of hits to a thoroughly receptive audience which lapped up every minute of it. We were also treated to Joe Walsh and Don Henley playing a couple of their solo hits although unlike the last time I saw them in '96, Glenn Frey didn't perform 'The Heat Is On', but I get the feeling that everyone was relieved about that!
Gotta love The Eagles and more than that, ya gotta sing along, like it or not!
