The Phoenix Festival 1996 / Day 2 : Neil Young & Crazy Horse, Long Marston Airfield, Stratford-Upon-Avon (GB) - Jul 19, 1996

As a huge Neil Young fan it upsets me to this day that at the age of 20, i didn't appreciate him at the time. I remember myself and a group of mates sitting round chatting up some girls whilst Neil was ripping it up on stage. We barely paid any attention until he burst into 'Rockin' In The Free World' and then we just danced around with each other at the back. I got up to watch him for around 10 minutes earlier on in the set just to say I'd seen him. I wish to this I'd watched him longer. I've made the most of seeing him since.
